Louann Hays

LouAnn Hays is starting her 10th season as the head coach of the Men’s and Women’s cross country teams and her 9th season as the head coach of the track and field teams.  During this time the Men’s cross country team has won 3 Conference titles and had 3 individual titles, and 3 Conference Runner-Up titles. The track team has won 2 Conference titles and 2 Conference Runner-Up titles in the past 5 years.  Coach Hays teaches 8th grade science/Physical Science and is the Science Department Chair.


June 1, 2014 Ramay Junior High named LouAnn Hays the head coach of the Red Wolves Men and Women's Cross Country teams and in June of 2015 she became the head coach of both track teams.


Coach Hays makes the cross country and track teams a family and is all inclusive, making sure that every athlete improves throughout the season and ends their season better than they were at the beginning of the season.


Coach Hays started her teaching career at McNair Middle School in 2003.


Coach Hays earned her undergraduate degree from Northeastern State University and her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Harding University.

Coach Hays has been married to her husband, Jason for 20 years.  They have two boys; Rebel 14 who attends Ramay and Remington 11 who attends Holcomb.  She loves spending time with her family and watching her boys compete in their various activities.
